Return & Refund Policy

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction primarily for purposes that are outside their trade, business, or profession.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day:

• on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together;
• on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the last good, if you ordered multiple goods in one order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day we are informed about your decision.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

• we have received the returned goods, or
• you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods,

whichever is the earliest.

Return Process

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• goods whose price depends on financial market fluctuations outside our control;
• newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of:

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
• goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
• sealed audio, video recordings, or software if unsealed after delivery.
