Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
Our delivery process consists of two stages:
1. Processing time
Orders are carefully reviewed, approved, and prepared within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once ready, your order is handed over for shipment.
2. Delivery time
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by New Zealand Post and trusted courier partners. Please note that all shipping times are estimates and exclude potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery times may be extended.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer complimentary premium shipping on all orders.
This includes insurance coverage in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your order at any time via the tracking page on our website by selecting “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
My tracking number is not working
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
If your tracking number still does not show any updates after a few days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
